ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. We will email you to let you know when your order is on the way!
Shipping Options
STORE PICKUP
Orders can be picked up in store during our opening hours: Monday through Saturday 10am-5pm, Sunday 12pm-4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within a close distance of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Delivery within the GTA available for $15.00 for orders under $250 (withing 20 km radius from store location 1708 Avenue Road.) We offer free shipping for order $250+ within the GTA for shipping locations within a 20km radius of our store location.
If you require same day delivery of your order, we offer express local delivery at an additional cost. This applies only for delivery within the GTA. If this is something that interests you or you require this service, please contact us prior to placing your order at info@papergrafix.com
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all parcels via Canada Post at this time and offer regular and expedited rates where applicable. When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only offer international shipping to the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship all parcels via Canada Post at this time and offer regular and expedited rates where applicable.
When your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PG Home is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Cancellations, Returns and Damages
CANCELLATION
Cancellation of an order is only possible prior to the item shipping. Once your order has shipped cancellations are not possible.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The following items may not be returned: ball candles, special orders, sale items and seasonal items.
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges Please email us at info@papergrafix.com to initiate a return with us.
Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@papergrafix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
